How do I add multiple pens to my pledge?
We offer different packs and combinations in the perk section. If you can’t find the desired pack, simply add the following amount to your pledge for an additional pen:
- €59 for a Stilform Ink Aluminium
- €109 for a Stilform Ink Titanium
For instance, to order 3 Aluminium pens, pledge for the 2 x Aluminium ARC perk for €119 and add an additional €59 to your pledge for the third pen = €178 + Postage.
You can make changes on your current pledge by clicking the “Manage your pledge” button and then “Change your pledge”.
You will select the variant, color and nib size of your pens in the Backerkit survey after the campaign.

What are the differences between the Aluminium and Titanium INK?
They are mostly different in material, weight, finish, color option.
Aluminium INK: Grade-6 Aluminium, 26g with cap, finished through anodisation, 5 color options (Night sky, Warp Black, Aurora Green, Comet Grey, Rose Moon).
Titanium INK: Grade-5 Titanium, 40g with cap, DLC-coating for Titanium Black and PVD-coating for Titanium Matte, 2 color options.
The lighter aluminium INK has a smooth anodised finish. The titanium INK has a matte, more luxurious feeling to it, there’s also a mirror polished chamfer on the edge of the grip section. The Titanium Black version is coated with DLC, which is ultra durable and scratch-resistant.

How does the ink get in the pen?
The INK fountain pen can be refilled with an ink cartridge or a converter filled from bottled ink.
You can fill the ink converter first and install it onto the nib unit, it is also possible to refill the pen directly through the nib.

Which cartridges can I use?
You can use any international standard cartridges (suction size of 2.26~2.30mm). Both short and long cartridges will work.

Which converters can I use?
Please note that the Stilform INK does not come with a converter.
You can use any International Standard converter (suction size of 2.26~2.30mm). Both short and long cartridges will work.
The converter that we offer within the campaign is the Schmidt K5 converter (same as the Faber Castell converter). You can use the following converters with your Stilform INK: ⁃ Schmidt K5 Converter ⁃ Faber Castell Converter ⁃ Generic, non-branded International Standard Converters should also work. DO NOT USE: Parker, Lamy, Pilot, Cross, Platinum, Aurora, Sailor cartridges or converters. These are proprietary standards and are NOT COMPATIBLE with your Stilform INK.

Which nib comes with the pen? How do I choose the nib size?
The pre-assembled nib is a Silver Steel nib, 076 by Peter Bock. After the campaign ends, you will receive a Backerkit survey by email, where you will specify the pen color and nib size (Extra Fine, Fine, Medium, Broad).
Nibs of different sizes and materials can be ordered additionally as add-ons. Simply add the respective value to your pledge value now or you can also add them in the Backerkit Survey.
You will be able to select and add any other accessories to your order, such as the pouch, the base or the converter. Your shipping address can be updated any time later before we start fulfilling your order.

Which Peter Bock nibs fit into my INK pen?
The compatible Bock nib types are 060, 180, 076 (including calligraphic nibs). They are all feeder size #5. The pre-assembled nib type is the 076.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!
The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.
How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
